关西汉高速公路是国家高速公路网北京至昆明高速公路在陕西境内的重要一段。北起户县涝峪口，跨越西安、安康、汉中3市9县（区），止于勉县黄家营（元墩），连接已经通车的勉县至宁强高速公路。是当时全国一次性开工里程最长（全长255.023公里）、建设投资最大（工程概算总投资138.78亿元）、自然条件复杂（穿越秦岭山脉）、施工难度很大、建设任务又很艰巨的高速公路建设项目。 The Xihan Freeway is an important section of the National Freeway Net in the Shanxi Province, which belongs to the Beijing-Kunming Section. It starts from Laoyukou, Huxian in the north, crosses Xi'an, Ankang, Hanzhong and other 9 towns, and ends in Huangjiying(Yuandun), Mianxian, connects to the Mianxian-Ningqiang Freeway which has been open to traffic. The Xihan Freeway is a freeway construction item which has the longest(total 255.023 KM) of once-start-working in China at that tiome, highest of investment(total 13.878 billion RMB), and has complicated environment situation(crosses Qinlin Mountain), many difficulties in consturcting and the working task. 据西汉公司党委委员、工会主席雒枕介绍，西汉高速公路秉承生态优先的设计理念，全线2/3的路段都采用了桥梁、隧道，每公里的造价就在1000万人民币，特别复杂的路段花费可能更高。 According to the introduction from the Commissary and the Labour Union Chairman Luozheng, Xihan Company, the Xihan highway takes the zoology-preferential as its design idea, 2/3 of it has used bridges and tunnels, it costs 10 million RMB per KM, some of the complicated sections may cost even higher. 以建设绿色生态公路为根本 Taking the constructing-green-zoology-road as the base. 在西汉高速公路的建设中，一个理念一直贯穿于西汉高速公司，那就是建设绿色生态公路，为此，西汉高速项目组也作出了长足的努力。 In the construction of the Xihan Freeway, an idea always in the Xihan Freeway Company, that is to build a green-zoology-road. So, the Project Team of the Xihan Freeway has made a lot of efforts. 首先，公路设计依山傍水，尽量不破坏植被。如对秦岭隧道的建设，原本的选址地在现地址以西，但由于生态环境的不允许而改道。对于这种设计理念，雒枕主席介绍说：“秦岭是个良好的生态区，我们的道路建设也必须以生态环境的保护为根本，让每一位走在西汉高速路上的人，都能感受到沿途生态的美丽，和大自然的旖旎风光。” First, it designed that the road should be next to montains, rivers and lakes, and tried best to avoid causing harms to the environment. For example, in the construcion of the Qinlin Tunnel, it used to choose the place where is in the west of the place now, but has changed because of the environment protection. To this idea, Chairman Luozheng introduced that, Qinlin is a good zoology area, our road construction must take the environment protection as the basis, let every one who is in the Xihan highway can feel the beautiful zoology and the charming natural view. 其次，该高速公路边坡大量采用了我公司环保网产品——Nacco,在景观上与边坡自然边坡融合，得到广泛好评。我公司在西汉高速公路上共涉及3个型号的产品近20万平方米，且新产品样板工程也取得成功，并作为实验段样品展示。 Second, this item uses lots of products----Nacco, which is from our company's Environment Protection Net in its roadside, it is mixed with the natural roadside in sight, gains abroad praisings.
